Embrace Autism

Embrace Autism is seeking a neurodivergent psychologist licensed in British Columbia to help deliver affirming, accurate adult autism assessments. Our mission is to reduce misdiagnosis and provide life-changing clarity, especially for adults with less obvious, highly masked, or complex neurodivergent presentations.

This is an ideal role for clinicians who want to focus solely on meaningful clinical work without administrative burden. Our team manages all scheduling, tech, billing, and client support. You’ll conduct 45–60 minute virtual diagnostic interviews and a brief post-assessment results meeting. All psychometric data and notes are prepared in advance.

Why it matters: Diagnosis is the single most important factor in improving mental health and reducing suicide in autistic adults. Many go through multiple invalidating assessments before being seen. We aim to get it right the first time.

Role Details:

       Fully remote (BC-based license required)

       1.5–2 hours per client

       $625 CAD / $450 USD per assessment

       Flexible caseload (1–5 clients/week)

       Full training and support provided

Help us deliver assessments that heal rather than harm. Your expertise could be the turning point in someone’s life—and I’d be honoured to have you on our team.
