The 10-Week Online Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Foundations is an interactive and professional training in Mindfulness.  It is part of the training pathway for becoming a recognized Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher.  The successful completion of this 10-week Online MBSR Foundations Training is recognized and acknowledged by the Mindfulness Center, School of Public Health, at Brown University.

Presenter:  Kasim Al-Mashat, R. Psych and Certified MBSR Teacher and authorized Teacher Trainer by Brown University

Dates:  January 13 to March 17, 2022

Early Bird Rate (by December 26, 2021):  $2,500 CAD (Regular rate after is $2,800 CAD)

CE:  This training has been approved by Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) for a total of 63.50 CE credit hours.
