Join us this February for a series of free online presentations by experts, exploring the diversity of human experience through the lens of psychology.

Individuals with social anxiety fear social or performance situations where they may be embarrassed. During this talk, we will discuss what social anxiety disorder looks like as well as thoughts and behaviours that perpetuate anxiety. We will also discuss cognitive behavioural strategies that are used to help overcome social anxiety.
