DIRECTOR
Dr. Humaira Mohsin, R. Psych., is a psychologist at Fraser Health Authority, where she provides psychological services to individuals with complex and chronic disorders. She supervises psychology residents, educates interdisciplinary teams, and is one of the leaders within the regional Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-Train-the-Trainer program and DBT pilot program. In addition, Dr. Mohsin maintains a virtual private practice, specializing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, and the treatment of complex clinical presentations.
As an editor for Pakistan Journal of Professional Psychology, she regularly reviews research articles. Dr. Mohsin, a past leader in the Pakistan Association of Clinical Psychologists, is dedicated to the profession's development. Outside work, she enjoys nature walks, swimming, and culinary adventures, embodying an active, cheerful, and dependable spirit.
