Sofia Khouw completed her education in Health Psychology at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. She moved to Vancouver in 2012, bringing experience in both healthcare and non-profit organizations, specializing in chronic health condition management and domestic violence intervention.

Sofia served on the BCPA Board of Directors from 2018 to 2022 and, after a brief hiatus, has returned with renewed enthusiasm and a strong commitment to advocating for fellow psychologists.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, and exploring BC’s beautiful trails through hiking and snowshoeing.
