MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
The Member Services Committee plays a pivotal role in steering BCPA's membership recruitment and retention efforts. It is tasked with enhancing the benefits offered to members, including overseeing the Referral Service. The committee also conducts member surveys and facilitates focus groups for both members and non-members to gather valuable insights.
Additionally, this committee oversees the annual Continuing Education Program, which includes recruiting potential workshop presenters, evaluating past workshops, and implementing improvements. Their aim is to maintain CPA accreditation and increase member participation in CE opportunities.
Furthermore, the Member Services Committee manages BCPA’s annual Awards Program and oversees the editing of article submissions, ensuring high-quality content and recognition within the association.
